At the heart of Experimental Group's history, the cocktail bar is a key part of every hotel. Experimental Cocktail Club Cotswolds celebrates the new era of Cowley Manor with a curated cocktail menu.

• One floor down La Compagnie Wine Bar, we enter a subterranean haven of cocktails. This marks a return to New York for Experimental Cocktail Club, which closed its original, lauded location back in 2016, after four years of serving as a Lower East Side destination and neighborhood gem.
• At ECC New York, Dorothée Meilichzon no longer plays with leaves, but with the roots of their trees. This deliberately organic space revisits the codes of Art Nouveau, but in amore nocturnal vision, with amber hues reminiscent of scotch, rye, and rum.
  
• ECC New York also marks a reunion with Nico de Soto, who started out with the group as head bartender at Experimental Cocktail Club Paris, then at ECC Chinatown in London and ECC Lower East Side in New York.

Tucked away under Covent Garden Market, Stereo is the latest live music and cocktail bar set to join the London scene later this year from international hospitality brand, Experimental Group.

Inspired by the vibrant late-night cultures of New York and London, complete with undertones of Parisian chic, Stereo will offer a masterfully curated mix of music, food and drinks. A place to arrive for an aperitif, stay for dinner and dance into the early hours.

Reservations are recommended, but we will always keep room for walk-ins who will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. Stop by if you’re thirsty, we’ll do our best to find you a spot.
